Apnea central del sueño, hipoventilación alveolar e hipoxemia

El síndrome de apnea obstructiva del sueño es el mas frecuente de los problemas respiratorios del sueño en las personas con trisomía 21, pero no hay que olvidar otros problemas como las apneas centrales del sueño, la hipoventilación alveolar o la hipoxemia que son más frecuentes que en la población general.
