particularidades de los trastornos refractivos (hipermetrop\u00eda, miop\u00eda, astigmatismo, etc.), la presencia de un trastorno de la acomodaci\u00f3n (presente en 2 a 3 casos de cada 4 en la poblaci\u00f3n con trisomia 21) y la existencia de una disminuci\u00f3n significativa de la agudeza visual desde la infancia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El Dr. Herv\u00e9 Walti, pediatra del Instituto
