No obstante, hay que prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a los micronutrientes, vitaminas y minerales. Aqu\u00ed le ofrecemos varios consejos de alimentaci\u00f3n, por temas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Las avitaminosis pueden estar presentes de forma constante, pero pueden variar en intensidad seg\u00fan el individuo. Tiene un doble origen: end\u00f3geno, es decir, la sintetiza el organismo a nivel de la piel bajo la acci\u00f3n de los rayos solares o ultravioletas, y ex\u00f3geno, es decir, la aporta la alimentaci\u00f3n. La vitamina D tiene muchas funciones para el organismo, siendo la principal aumentar los niveles de calcio y f\u00f3sforo en la sangre. Tambi\u00e9n interviene en otras funciones (hormonales, sistema inmunitario)<\/p><p>La necesidad de la poblaci\u00f3n general es de 15 \u00b5g\/d para hombres y mujeres adultos. La ingesta diet\u00e9tica de VITAMINA D permite cubrir aproximadamente el 25 % de las necesidades, por lo que es necesaria la suplementaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7283f74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7283f74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>No obstante, se pueden favorecer los alimentos que aportan VITAMINA D en la dieta, a saber:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Pescado peque<span lang=\"ES\">\u00f1<\/span>o &gt; 1 a 2 veces por semana como m\u00ednimo (sardinas, caballa, salm\u00f3n,&#8230;)<\/li><li>Productos l\u00e1cteos &gt; al menos 3\/d\u00eda<\/li><\/ul><p><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Para la vitamina C<\/strong><\/p><p>Se recomienda comer una pieza de fruta o verdura cruda (verduras crudas, ensalada, etc.) en cada comida, y posiblemente en un peque\u00f1o refrigerio durante el d\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab0856f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab0856f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Hiperuricemia<\/strong><\/p><p>Las personas con trisom\u00eda 21 son propensas a la hiperuricemia (ataques de gota). As\u00ed, como medida preventiva, se debe prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a la frecuencia y cantidad de embutidos y\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">v\u00edsceras<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">\u00a0que se ingieren. Un m\u00e1ximo de una vez cada 15 d\u00edas en cantidades razonables, como medida preventiva, parece una buena frecuencia.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Deficiencia de zinc<\/strong><\/p><p>Las personas con trisom\u00eda 21 pueden tener una deficiencia de zinc. El zinc interviene en la actividad de m\u00e1s de 200 enzimas, en particular las que participan en la protecci\u00f3n contra los radicales libres y las que intervienen en la s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas (de ah\u00ed su importancia en los fen\u00f3menos de renovaci\u00f3n celular, de cicatrizaci\u00f3n y de inmunidad). As\u00ed, el zinc ayuda a prevenir la degeneraci\u00f3n macular. La actividad f\u00edsica regular, como caminar o montar en bicicleta, tambi\u00e9n ayuda a prevenir el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ad71e3d\" data-id=\"ad71e3d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51d5e74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"51d5e74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Envejecimiento precoz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Las personas con trisom\u00eda presentan una degeneraci\u00f3n del<\/p>\n<p>sistema nervioso comparable al de sujetos que padecen enfermedad<\/p>\n<p>de Alzheimer. Una de las formas de retrasar esta degeneraci\u00f3n es el consumo regular de omega 3 y, en particular, de DHA. Hay que asegurarse de<\/p>\n<p>que se respeten las CDR, es decir, el 1% de la CDR de omega 3 y 250 mg de DHA al d\u00eda.
