trisom\u00eda 21 presentar\u00e1 una patolog\u00eda tiroidea, principalmente hipotiroidismo, a lo largo de su vida. Estas patolog\u00edas pueden ser cong\u00e9nitas o adquiridas. Su origen mas frecuente es autoinmune. Hay que saber diagnosticarlas, conocer sus particularidades evolutivas y por supuesto tratarlas.<\/p><p>Conocer bien estas patolog\u00edas significa preservar el desarrollo potencial de personas con
