with trisomy 21! Although infectious pathologies of the upper airways are more frequent than in the general population, they should nevertheless not be ignored. They should be treated \u201caggressively\u201d to stop them becoming chronic and prevent the consequences when patients are as young as possible of developing obstructive sleep apnea syndrome or conductive hearing loss.
